Our quality starts with our preconstruction services. We will sit down with you and build a conceptual budget to best fit your needs. We make sure to review local code and constructibility to reduce any problems that may occur. We also pride ourselves in always doing a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) review, to help both you and the environment be green during this time. In the final steps, W.A. As a General Contractor, we take care of all subcontractor bids. We will create guidelines for the project to keep on schedule and have alternatives for when the unexpected occurs.
