PROJECT TYPE: Multi-Family Housing

Scope of Work: W.A. Lynch Construction completed the cast in place concrete foundations, slab on grade and site concrete for this senior living multi-family housing community in Indianapolis, Indiana. The project involves construction of a 132-unit, four-story, wood-framed facility comprised of a variety of one- and two-bedroom units. The project also features surface level parking, and interior courtyard.
