PROJECT TYPE: Restaurant

Scope of Work: W.A. Lynch Construction completed the cast-in-place concrete foundations, slab-on-grade, and site concrete for Grindstone on the Monon, a new stand-alone restaurant in Westfield, Indiana. The 5,600 square foot retail building includes 3,500 square feet of dining space, 1,300 square feet of kitchen space, and a 1,000 square foot patio with outdoor seating.
